An Open Letter to the Esteemed Executives of Underberg

Dear Keepers of the Little Green Bottle,

It is with great humility, modest ambition, and only a mildly unreasonable compensation request that I write to introduce Jordan Black: founder of the Hunderberg Club, international amateur digestif ambassador, and perhaps the most obvious hire Underberg has not yet made.

Jordan did not simply discover Underberg. He received it. Like a telegram from the forest. Like a handshake from a German uncle with excellent posture. Like a tiny glass bottle whispering, “You’re not done with dinner until I say you are.”

From that moment, the Hunderberg Club was born.

What began as a simple appreciation for Underberg’s bitter, herbal magic has grown into a movement devoted to spreading its joy, ritual, and slightly mysterious digestive authority across the globe. Jordan’s mission is clear: to bring Underberg to the people — not as a beverage, not as a novelty, but as a way of life. A tiny, paper-wrapped, 44% ABV way of life.

Naturally, such work requires sacrifice.

Jordan is prepared to travel the world on behalf of the brand, educating the uninitiated, rallying the faithful, and appearing in photographs where he looks both rugged and employed. His needs are few: a cushy six-figure salary, a vague but impressive title, and one of the vintage forest-green Underberg-branded Porsches with which to conduct official Hunderberg business across continents.

Call him Global Director of Bitters-Based Fellowship. Call him Chief Hunderberg Officer. Call him whenever the Porsche is ready.

In return, Jordan offers something no agency deck, influencer partnership, or overpaid brand consultant can manufacture: genuine devotion. He understands that Underberg is not consumed casually. It is earned. It is taken after meals, during questionable decisions, and among friends who know that the best traditions come in bottles too small to argue with.

The Hunderberg Club is ready to serve.

All Jordan asks is the chance to carry the Underberg spirit into the world with dignity, wit, and a company gas card.

Respectfully and digestively,

Jordan Black
